To ensure transparency, we record a thorough condition video of every piece before it is dispatched to the buyer. Removal of the Melrose security tag will immediately void any return eligibility. Professional authentication is included at no extra cost for all purchases exceeding $595 AUD. Claims regarding authenticity must be supported by a valid certificate to qualify for a return.
